Who we are

Cyber Algorithmic is a cybersecurity consulting firm. This policy covers cyberalgorithmic.com (the "site"). It does not cover work we deliver under a signed engagement, which is governed by that engagement's own agreement.

These server logs help us run and secure the site. We also load our fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address when it serves those files.

We keep your correspondence for as long as we need it to handle your request and maintain a reasonable business record, then we delete or archive it. Server logs are kept for a limited period under our hosting provider's standard practice.

How we protect your information

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards for a site of this kind, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls on the systems that receive your messages. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You can email info@cyberalgorithmic.com at any time to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. We will respond as the law requires.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights. Residents of California and some other U.S. states, for example, can ask what personal information we collect, request that we delete or correct it, and are protected from discrimination for using those rights. This site is built for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
